Introduction

As a person I'd say I'm a very hard worker, a "go-getter", and I never settle for anything but 100%. I am also kind of a jokester and don't like to take life too seriously because that's no fun. Balancing them two parts of me have always been something I've explored throughout my entire life. But I always work hard and have fun doing it.

Why should you be Helper?
Passion: I have been on this server for atleast a year and I think CraftWorld will always have a place in my heart. I want nothing more than to see it succeed. The people here have certainly been a huge part of my life and I have made lifetime friends thanks to just being here. I want to become helper with a positive attitude.

Maturity: I am always growing and maturing. I'm 12, so there's still a lot for me to learn (although most people on here would call me young) but I certainly don't feel like 'a child'. At 10, I had to get a job to make ends meet for my family and I had to grow up pretty fast because of that. While some of my peers have never had a job, I have been working for the past 2 years which made me grow into a more patient, understanding, loving, and thoughtful young man.

Notoriety: Being around for a while and remaining active is certainly important. While I have been in and out, I think I've always been a part of the server. Many past and current staff and players are aware of how well I perform as staff. I plan to continue to do so.

Experience: I have been helper 2x, mod 2x, and supermod 1x. As a mod my first time, I worked harder than everyone else and even earned my very own "staff of the month" from a friend for the level of passion towards my job. I am familiar with the way staff works and likes to function and even helped develop a lot of these when I was supermod. As a supermod I worked closely with another friend when she was admin to assist her when she was working basically alone. For a while, anything published, written, or posted from the server was written by me. As you may have noticed I have quite a strong ability to write and was the major contributor to the current set of rules. I hope to help the current staff with my past experiences and my current abilities.

What are your weaknesses?
After my experience working on staff and my growth and development my biggest weaknesses have started to become minimal. However I am not and will never be perfect. Here are the biggest:

1. I don't like to ask for help. For some reason I have trouble showing any sort of vulnerability and put up this shell. I like to do everything myself and I will keep doing it until I figure it out. I am starting to learn how to depend on people but I have a very hard shell preventing me from doing so.

2. I'm a little too honest. I don't mean for this to be one of the positive weaknesses. I'm very blunt and will tell someone when I don't like what they're doing or what I think about them. As I also grow older, I have developed more of a filter. I hope to continue to learn to use it.

Both of these things make it difficult for me to work in a team. Teamwork on staff just as important, and I hope to learn from it while I contribute to it.

I understand staff is pretty well off at the moment because Cartoonz just got helper and there are a few people applying for it, so if you don't need me, I understand why.
